如果你只是浏览，那么可以放大，如果你想编辑，恐怕它不行，要用illustrator or coreldraw 才可以，还有如果你用a4的纸打印，如果显示小的话，用a3的会大一些。如果你添移民材料的表格最好不要将那些表格改动。:D

Copy a 'char box' in the doc, which has the size u want, paste it to the page u are working, then change the content in the box.
i had used acrobat 4 to edit some forms before.
