How do you know when baby is ready for solid food? Hope this helps.Baby is Ready for Solid Food if
1。 Birth weight has doubled.
2。 Can hold own head up.
3。 Can sit with help.
4。 Shows interest in foods you are eating.
5。 Nurses more than 8 times a day or drinks more than 32 ounces of formula.
If the baby has trouble swallowing, he/she may not be ready for solids yet. Wait a few days and try again.

谢谢HOLLY，你说的5点前面4点都做到了，至于第5点，他每天吃得少，清醒时总不愿
意吃，只是在闹觉时才吸那么几分钟，奶瓶又不吃，所以我才尝试喂辅食
