check your cable: there are 2 type of calbe: 1) cross cable and 2)straight cable. make sure which one is needed between the modem and router
and which one is needed between the router and pc

按正确方式连接好后,1:关闭电脑.2:关闭cable modem和router的电源.3:等待10分钟-20分钟后再开cable modem和router的电源和电脑.
