西装(深色为佳),棉质衬衣加领带.若天气热,可不穿西装上衣.但西裤是一定的,衬衫,领带也不可或缺.GOOD ＬＵＣＫ！

我觉得如果天气比较热,穿衬衫就行了.还有得看去什么公司面试.

wow, 我听不少朋友讲，只要整洁即可，不一定要穿西服, 所以前两个面试都是外穿绵甲克,西裤,内穿棉素格村衣，未系tie(冬天). 希望fail的理由不是这个! I really confuse to this question, as one company (sysbase canada) send mail to me that i can waer casually.
