枫下家园 / 家庭与子女 / 请教：关于产金和失业率的关系？刚怀孕2个月就不想上班了，但是最后一个月工厂开工不足（一周只上一天，结果加上以前差不多共有四周的时间空在那儿），会不会计算产金的时候考虑失业率（我在政府网页看的糊涂————0事业率的话也会用22周来计算，跳过没有工作的4周？产金如何计算？望拿过产金的姐妹告知，谢谢！！！

1.申请EI 的工作时数跟不同地区的失业率有关,比如以省为单位的失业率.
2.EI是根据LAST SIX MONTHS 的平均收入来计算的.
3.EI在产前八周才可以开始申请.

don' t worry about that,they have a form" small weeks questionnaire" if your calendar week gorss earnings less than $225, tell them ,when they calculate your benefit rate, weeks of low earnigns may be excluded resulting in a higher benefit rate, to ensure you receive the maximun benefit rate that you are entitled to .
