Hard to see such a honest person like you these days. No need to. 产假福利 is different from other EI. You don't need to report. and 牛奶金is defined by your family incom, regardless where your kid is. At least I think so.

不在加拿大，产假EI仍可以继续享用，这点是肯定的。至於牛奶金，听说如果妈妈和小孩在一起，仍可享用。但是肯定的是，如果小孩离开加拿大，而父母还在加拿大就应该取消牛奶金。
