This problem is caused by a bug of norton anti-virus software.I think you are using Norton Anti-virus software. It is a bug of it that block any softwares that need virus scaning. It is reported that Norton software has a problem in updating its SSL. On the other hand, you can disable your plug-in of your word to avoid this problem
