I would take the 2nd one to build your own professional experience.After you get 5-6 years management experience, you could find a very decent manager position in big companies. Not necessary. For a technical people, there are 2 ways that you could go. Management track or technical track.If you think you like to deal with people, have meeting everyday, u will probably want to be a manager. If u like to deal with technology chanllenges, go technical track. In this IT field, a manager doesn't necessarily make more money than an architect, but has more pressure. If I were you, I would take the first one. Reason: 1) better job security. 2) more free time.Teamleader title sounds good, but usually you will end up with taking care all the work by yourself, especially in a small company. 真金不怕火炼，Egg好本领。不过选择公司，不能光看大小，还得要考虑自己的真正的兴趣和特长，经济上的收益，公司的文化，公司的现状、前景和在行业中的位置等等。另外去大公司做系统管理员，也许一开始职位不太满意，但大公司内部机会多，只要进去了，就有可能慢慢移到自己满意的位置。小公司马上让你做领导，可过两天就关张了，又得从头来。另外在拿到书面的正式offer之前，每个机会都要当着是唯一的机会。 -motown(motown); 2001-7-12 {349} (#129008@0)
