12周一次ultrsound，一次blood test，16周一次blood test，三次结果综合起来，决定是否作羊水穿刺。只有风险大到一定程度以后才会被要求作羊水穿刺。

我的医生也是说12周ultrasound plus blood test 和16周blood test again,但是他要我现在做early pregnancy ultra sound, 这样我似乎比别人多一次ultrasound,不知是否会对baby有影响。这位JJ,你好像也住在mississauga,对吗？能否请教你，credit valley hospital and trillium hospital, which one is better?还有，你的妇科医生是讲中文的吗?谢谢先！

听说CVH新一些, 但我在那有不好的记忆, 所以这次我去trillium. 我的妇科医生不讲中文, 我也不认讲中文的OB. 不过你也不用怕, 每次见你不到3分钟,也说不了什么.

2. b超 for pregnant women is not necessary to drink '喝5杯水', there are enough water in her womb.

It is not necessary for pregnant woman. The B超 form is for all kind of patient so that they put it on there.If you drink so much water, the doctor will ask you pee out because there is internal check as well, you may not hold your....

It does not hurt if you drink water. But remeber, OB is not an operator of B超. You have to follow operator's rule:)

差不多都是12周做。据说这是唐筛的一部分，可以提高唐筛的准确度， 从传统的92％提高到98％
