Depending on the staff at the checking in.It happened to me at 6:00AM with lots of luggage and a 3-year-old kid, how and where could I 补票 ? Just keeping change the lane in check-in, some kinda lady let me go.
It's a stupid police -- you must have return ticket for kid.
You had better have return ticket for kid.
