Member of Parliament省议员. 上网应可查到. 找住处附近的, 他们会问地址,在他服务区域内就行. 议员态度很好, 说明情况,将表格和你们的身份文件给他看他就会签.

不用去看病阿，只要家庭医生哪里有你纪录是超过2年就好了，你去试试，一般没问题的

问题是，我刚登陆时在MONTREAL，住了2年又搬到OTTAWA，两个地方的家庭医生都认识我不超过1年，不符合条件呀。

ME TOO. I landed for more than 3 yeaers. I went to 900 bay street to apply for Birth cert and showed a letter stating that I cannot find guarantor even though I've lived here for more than 3 years. no problem.

IAs long as your explanation does make sense, it will be ok.have landed at xxxx(year) but I cannot find guarantor who has authority to sign for me... (explain why) such as: I don't have a job and usually stay at home, so I know only a couple of Canadian... I don't go to see doctor before pregance... I don't have dentist...
