可以。这样做的缺点是：一个月要多交Bell Canada几块钱；而优点是：可以从家里以外的任何一部电话听留言，且在你用电话/拨号上网时，拨入者也可以留言。

The first advantage is not really important, it was already implemented by lots of digital answer machines, the 2nd one is very important for new comers.
