it's blast worm. you have to install a patch. then everything is ok. use other computer to search microsoft's web site and download the patch and copy to your computer and install it.

嘿!Shutdown -a 是在Dos 下的一个命令。Or 在Run 框里。先别上网，打好命令后再上网。
