并不是法律规定他这样做的，是吗？我们老板在去年圣诞节后把圣诞节多休的几天用今年的年假替了，所以今年就没几天年假了，经常去做身体检查，假已经用完了。

No! You have the right to discuss this with your company and they can leave your vacation till you come back. In another word, you have the right to take vacation when you come back from the mat leave.
