You may try point your mouse cursor on the IE menu bar (File Edit View Favorites Tools Help),and then right-click , if you get a pop up menu, just check the items you want: Standard buttons Address bar Links Lock the Toolbars.

用有问题的ID登录，备份必要的文件，然后用管理员登录，删除该ID的profile，重新用ID登录，Windows会重建Profile。
