工作学习 / IT杂谈 / Bell 的ADSL,几乎每5分钟掉一次线,可是以前用了一年也没有问题,最近有人遇到这种情况吗?给Service打了电话,按照他的说明作了改动(以前没动也好好的),还是没有用,系统重装了,所有接线重插了,毛病如故,百思不得其解,有人遇到过这种情况吗,如何解决的,谢谢!

Ask 310surf technician to escalate the ticket the second level. (force) them to ask Bell check the phone line. I had similiar problem with HSE.Bell changed my phone line. And cann't make it better. I called billing department in daytime. 20min later. I got money back as credit.
