This website will bill you in Canadian $(through Boardfree - a Canadian company), and they will give a total amount before you final process. The total include item price, shipping, handling charge, PSTand GST.Not other charge. I just bought a digital camera from there. It take abount two weeks to ship the item to me.

sorry, I do not know. because I found it is not big different after they charge about $20 handling fee and $7 shipping fee. BTW, the rate is about 1.25
