It won't be bad if you go to any regular prenatal class. Personally I don't think it helps a lot. Most of the actions are just given by mother nature. The course NYGH provides is nice. You will have to pay though.

Thanks! As this is my first baby, and the parents of me and my husband all cannot come here to help us, so i wanted to learn something from prenatal class though maybe it's little.I'm pregnant for 6 months, i don't know if i can find one in the so late time, if not, i have to forget it. :-) thank you anyway!

这里很多人都是无父母帮忙在带bb的，我也是。产前班可在你要生的那个医院上，楼上说的班80刀1couple,停车5刀，我33周上的。
