我想大家对居民的定义有误解。其实只要在加上税，小孩和家长在一起，就可以申请的。我是第二次到加才申请牛奶金的。他们补了11个月我不在加的牛奶金。因为我老公一直在加。 -jltoggy(toggy); 2004.12.11 14:14 (#2024365)

Please note 'you must be a resident of Canada'!
You have to tell the government that you were not in Canada during some period(s)and return some (or all) 牛奶金. They all find it out eventually and will ask you to refund.

"you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18",就凭这第一条,你就不qualified了.我劝你本分些,别看别人占这便宜,其实我能想象你此时的心情.这点儿小钱,何必如此?

Chances are high. You will pay Refund, Penalty, Bad record.Please note "you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;"
If you are not lucky, CCRA will ask full refund, penalty and bad record in system (Tax return supervised by CCRA in several years). Not good! Not worthy!

有几件事儿看得出:加拿大确实没有免费的午餐.这牛奶金是其一,还有学生贷款,EI,我发现很多人抱着侥幸心理去申请或领取这些福利,有的人漏网了,窃喜,并决心以后还要干.有的人不幸被抓住,退款+利息+不良记录.
