枫下家园 / 家庭与子女 / 各位好心的JJMM们, 我的朋友现在的状况很严重, 请知道寓于指教, 不盛感谢:我朋友怀孕8周, 这二天情况不是很好, 流血,家庭医生只是抽血, 然后告诉她如果肚子疼, 或者大出血就去EMERGENCY, 四天之内抽了二次血, 第一次HCG 是4800, 第二次是 5100.
我朋友很担心不知道是不是孩子已经没有了, 请指教, 谢谢!

The bHCG numbers are a bit low, although the date may not be totally acurate. The thing worries me is the increase is slower then the usual rate.If she continues to bleed, better go to emergency room. Otherwise the GP should send her for a ultrasound

unless your FP does his/her own low risk Ob, you should seek referal to an Ob soon, or Go To ER if bleeding continues, you need a U/S at minimum,,,,maybe more

如果怀孕8周的话，HCG至少应该在1万以上。而且，正常的HCG应该每隔1天加倍。
