The most efficient way to help her is to find her a job or find her a government support program. Donation is a temporary solution. However I do think donation is a good way to encourage the family.

深切同情。。。但我觉得先捐款是不对的，应该先让她申请上单身母亲福利，孩子daycare申请上补助，排队申请政府福利房等，一切办完才能捐款，给她先捐款导致她银行款数目上升对她只有坏处吧？？？？不知道我的理解对不对？？？
