两岁半的孩子是要午睡的,DAYCARE的活动量其实很大.我家宝宝两岁上DAYCARE时,经常是我接她回家的路上就在推车里睡着了.其实也就是十分钟的路.这还是在学校睡过两小时的呢. -newtoronto(一家三口); 2005-1-20 (#2084588@0)

My daughter is in Central Montessori. I think the school is just so so, but my daughter likes it very much.She started it when she was 2 and half years old. Most kids have a nap, but if the kid doesn't want, he/she can play or work in other room, like my daughter, she 'hates' to have a nap. my daughter is with the Toronto Montessori School. It's pretty good. If you do want your kids to have a nap, you can tell them.The thing is that the class is full of activities, sometimes the kid prefers working or playing than sleeping -clear(clear); 2005-1-20 {109} (#2084625@0)

You can try the one in Yong & Center St. I cannot remember the exactly name, it seems like "Northen ?? Montessori".I went to the open house of this school. It's in a house with a huge yard. I think it's good for the beginner, it's family-like enviorment and the teahers are very nice. there is another campus for the bigger kids, which I don't feel very good. -jjjjjjj(joyce); 2005-1-21 {248} (#2085846@0)

我不知道那家是不是最好，最主要是离我家很近（5分钟不到），有after-hour program，所以比较方便。而且打听下来他们的toddler program非常popular，所以一般都要1年的waiting list。2周岁前只有半日制的，大概收30个学生，所以特别难进。我儿子到就月满2岁，可以进全日制了，就相对好进一点（学校里的admission officer说的）。学费好像是比一般的要贵一点，全日制的toddler一年1万2吧！不过好像不是最贵的。我有朋友的小孩送york school（在younge上面的，靠近rosedale area），那间也是monterssori，学校很小，但是很贵。 -brookfield(多多妈); 2005-1-25 {317} (#2092556@0)
