伟大而渺小的豪哥say: ....Nice try....a patent can easily cost your 20,000+ dollors.....Patent protects your idea and copyright protects your code. Normal way to do that is to find a VC….but if youdon't have a demo version or prototype, it is very hard to attract any investment.

i'm glad you are confident with your idea. to sell your idea, you need a vision documentto describe key fundtions, user types or actors, potential marketing and profit, advanteges over similiar solutions. then show vision to your potentioal clients.

我不会对一个连prototype都没有的东东感兴趣的。“比较庞大，需要几十个人用半年多的时间编程才能够完成开发工作”，这说明你只是有一个IDEA，一个你自己认为PERFECT的IDEA。最起码，要有个可实现的CORE，并且有一个可运行的demo，否则，什么“许多方面有新意，突破现有应用软件在功能以及使用上的局限”都是空谈。换句话说，你的设计并没有完成，而是刚刚开始。

The design was finished already. The total size of all file is 450MB in word documents, all in English, not Chinese. If modifying later, may be bigger than that.

"需要几十个人用半年多"? 就算25人吧, 按5个人一个小组, 就5个小组了, 应该是中型偏大的项目了, 即然你也是程序员, 也大体应知道, 就算你的设计很好,.....作为第一个版本, 8到12个月能完成就不错了, 成本当在 200 万左右, 谁会轻易掏这笔钱?

Partner with your good friends and make it a product and sell it. Software company has low start-up cost. Many companies started up this way.if it's really a good idea and you have worked in IT for years, you should be able to partner with your good friends to develop it into a product and organize a company to sell it. Many software companies started up this way.
