枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / 请问买房的前辈，先谢。我6月末closing,接原房东的贷款买房.ROYAL BANK 于8月1号开始扣7月MARTAGE，但10号发现又扣一笔，说是补6月的，且含地税。我们的律师说是BANK 没结清与前房东的款项，嫁与我们上，而BANK 说是律师没在CLOSING 前向原房东平衡这笔费用。我们又如何是好？--1400加元就这样

责任在律师上。律师有责任帮你平衡前房东与银行之间的贷款，你的房子在接手之后应该是没有债务或者抵押责任的。你付的律师费就是让他调查这些事的。如果当时时间不够，律师可以帮你延长closing 的时间。找律师算账，让他要回这笔费用。
