actually i was thinking if this strategy is gonna work, say I buy 10 or 20 lottery tickets, then I find out the numbers that are NOT in those tickets.

yes............thinking every convenience store who sells lottery tickets, the owner can print as many tickets as they want actually. the winning rates have to be extremely LOW.
