1) your NIC has to support PXE or something similar, but very likely that is not the case
2) totally wrong. OS installed on a system cannot move to a different hardware

yes, i only think one way, connect hd to pc install basic DOS files, copy windows installation to hd, then reconnect the hd to notebook, install windows os

totally wrong?这话说的。不同的系统对硬件改变的调节能力不一样，我以前在98，windows NT经常这样干,很少有问题。我一张Knoppix CD 可以在大部分pc机上运行，照你说不是见鬼了？2000我觉得问题不大。新的2003可能不行。linux 系统几乎都没问题。

如果装Solaris x86的话可以通过网络安装,不过你的电脑网卡的MAC地址你要先找到.Linux也可以照此办理.

1、卸下你的笔记本硬盘
2、买一个笔记本硬盘to普通硬盘的转换卡。（偶可借你，不过偶小心眼，要交押金）
3、连接到台式机，安装系统后，装回去。最好分两个区，拷贝一份系统在第2个分区。
