it depends on your DC. different camera may use different media type.

Thanks. I am using a Panasonic lumix FZ5, just regular P&S DC. Which one do you suggest? Additionally, what's the difference between these two?

one is SD, the other is CF,different stuff including physical size, check your manual to find out which flash media suitable your DC.
