Depends. For industry use, put it to the hot room, for home use--depend on which 端 is inside, and put the power in it. But for the safety reason, I always put the power in the "低压侧".

你是问加热法去除变压器里的湿气？短低压端，在高压侧加电源，注意这时加的电压最大为短路电压（UK）在铭牌上有这个参数，一般为额定电压的10％。
