平时经常上网站Down些加速软件，一个个试，跳脚推荐：Terminal Overdrive 200, speed2k. 还有有很多文章介绍怎样改注册参数提速的。

More than 2 years ago, mine reached 330+kB/s. I was able to download at 20MB/min at that time, that's about half an hour for a whole CD image.

In typical 10MB LAN, the highest file transfer speed is about 1MB/s, so you can not expect as fast as this in Rogers cable. I remember Rogers said downstream is about 3M, so the highest speed should be 300KB sth.

我那700多的纪录也是在Microsoft上创的，哎，那是个美丽的黄昏, 夕阳如画。。。。。一去不返啊。不过上Microsoft平均速度为300多，4-5百是经常的，到底是有钱，服务器又多又好。
