这绝对不是寄信的费用问题. 象迷路说的,地址是表明你是安省的居民,否则,安省的医疗保险为什么要涵盖非安省的人?

when I applied health insurance, they asked for an official document with the address, such as driver license, lease aggreement, bank statement, etc. The sin card is quite simply, just a canadian address to send to.You can rent a PO box at an postoffice, at about $8/month.
