I used ICQ when I started to work since at that time QQ and MSN haven't been invented yetand also the chinese inputting system (chinese star 2.0) wasn't so stable on windows 95. (or even windows 98). People who is able to get online and chat are usually highly-educated
Actually I got my first real girl friend from the icq. she is a lawyer.
