据我所知，要想参加csc的考试必须花800注册它的网络课堂，里面包括教材。光看书，直接参加考试是不行的。高人有啥高见吗？我也正为这个奋斗呢，希望能交流经验。

我学完了CSC，申请TD Waterhouse call centre，18.95/hour，电话面试20分钟，面试20分钟，拿到offer。

Call center 职责都干什么？先前计算机专业，又在business school 学了Finance专业，全部国内背景是银行工作，在这也做过短期的银行工作，觉得体系和国内的不一样。拿下CSC后，银行里的什么工作相对工资比较高？

call centre is mostly for customer service.
investment banker for corporate banking earn a lottttttttt. csc is only useful if you are in personal banking....
