牛奶金will be deducted from the social benefit. say you get $120 monthly from CCRA, then you'll only get 987-120 = 867 from social services.Contact the Ontario Works office to find out more detailed information. The earlier the better. Be prepared to go through a long and possibly frustrating process before your case can be approved. But the benefit will be issued back to the date you started the application.
The Ontario Works offices information can be found from the website of my previous reply. Go to the office nearby and ask them. There's no harm to do so.
