2. In a city, it's OK to create enough daycare offices, how about in the suburb? Is it fair for them?

What I mean 既得利益者 has nothing to do with the poor or the rich. It's the government daycare system and the politicians!Don't always focus on the rich or the poor.

我不支持把托儿问题变成政府职能，但是$1200/m并不是一个好的办法。根本问题还是要想办法对child care business采取鼓励政策，比如税收上的优惠。政府办事没有效率。

这是小哈的策略之一呀。只是在攻击者的言论中，这部分都被略去不提了。还有一到“poll”的问题里面，小哈的政策就变成“只有1200”够不够你花？答案一致是“不够”然后皆大欢喜，各自和庆功酒，发表“统计表明小哈政策不受欢迎”的头版

Relocating tax payers' money to by back them. Disgusting. The riches sitting home, or sending their childern to priviate schools still get paid by us. The poor get little but have to pay more.

That $1200/y wouldn't make you rich. It is even less after tax. It is useless if you send your kid to daycare when your Harper scraps public daycare system.

To Axe: Is it free to send kids to Goverment running daycare center?
We are a lower middle income family. My wife stays in home looking after the little kid. We get nothing from Liberal Gov.Now we can get 100/mon. It's not enough but much better than nothing.

Your call. A lower-middle class household normally has less than 50k/y. Having your wife stay at home means that you are pretty well-off.
