请明示，哪一部分是tv的，我确实用tv cable,但也只有2星期，也没人来安装过，原因是上个住户留下的，我们打电话给shaw他就没切，我想这不会巴，cable是我一人用的，tv是合用的，帐单也不会并在一起吧。

You should call them. It seems they did not substrate the -39.95 from the total. Please post your results afterwards. I am in the same situation and have not received my first bill.
