Easy. Go to the Chinese store (loads of Chinese stores in the Pacific Mall - Kennedy/Steeles). You use your own prescription, choose the frame you like and bargain with them.When the deal is done, they are supposed to give you a receipt. You go to those big malls and will find the eye doctor’s (optometrist) clinics. Some big eyeglasses stores also have optometrists, for example, Hakim.
