call sony customer service.. if it's defective/quality issue, they fix for free.I bought a sony camcorder in US a few year ago and it suddenly didn't work this year. I called Sony Canada(401/steeles) and they asked me to send it in, then sony said it's a defective CCD problem and they fixed it for free.

以前我在日本买的DC, 电池不行了, 发现Sony正好有个召回,到多伦多Sony公司免费更换了电池和充电器.
