If the TV can have Caption, you should be able to turn it on. Just configure the TV set-up menu of 'caption'

Did you find menu on TV?Then go to the item "C. Caption", turn on c1.

I am sorry I don't know. Do you have a user guide or TV spec. If your menu does not have Closed Caption in it, it probably means the TVdoes not have that kind of function. However, I believe most of TV should be able to do it.

有两个"menu"呢,一个是关掉声音,一个是切换volume和channel,都和caption无关,
