管理员有能力这么做，但没有权力去做（除非。。。）。不仅仅是管理员，hacker也可以。如果你加密了，收信人又如何解密呢？难道看信前要输入一串的密码？有点像搞地下工作的。

yeah..no problem at all. u can use PGP to encrypt it, but both sides must use PGP, and receiving party must give you his/her public key first.

but you need at least two licenses of it (money..and I don't think company will pay for it), otherwise email will be zipped as an attachement.

why PGP?Outlook has built-in signature/encrypting support. what you need is a certificate - either from public provider such as VeriSign, thawte or from your own CA. For personal use only, there is free external certificate provide such as ascertia
