The cheapest one that you can get is at the Dollarama, or Walmart. Or you can even make yourself a simple and unique costume by using a large piece of sheet, cloth or stuff like that. :)

One of my friends who is tall and slim dressed himself in Qi Pao that he borrowed from a lady with a mask on. Nobody could figure out that he was a man not a lady till the last moment that he took the mask off. :)
