枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / 多伦多有没有这样的长途电话服务: 申请一个个人帐号, 在任何一部固定电话上都可以拨接入号然后输入个人帐号来打长途. 话费记录在个人帐号上, 每个月见帐单后再付款. 如果有这样的长途电话服务, 请问是什么公司, 收费如何? Thanks.

有！ 我用的 AIC (亚洲电讯) 就是这样。线路还不错，有几个不同的 plan 可选。

Thanks. I just called and got the response that I must register one phone line, then I can get such an account. But I am using my landlord's phone. I cannot register a phone.

我觉得申请一部自己独用的电话还是很必要的。当然，如果你搬家很频繁就不用装了。没有固定电话的确不能申请长途电话服务。任何长途电话公司都一样。

New result: Another two companies provide such services:
CTI telecom (chen2 shi4 dian4 xun4): 0.25$/min;
HK telecom: 0.38$/min.Too expensive, I would rather apply for my new phone line.
