怎样考PMP, 想考PMP 的请进:请教考了PMP 的大虾:
1. 完成PMI 要求的资格审查时, 有没有被要求AUDIT? 需要提供多详细的PROJECT TASK呢?
2. 一年有多少次考试机会? (不是指FAIL 了的话).
3. 可以交流试题题库吗?

身边的IT 朋友, 都是做QA, DEVELOPER, 或者DBA, NETOWRK的. 中国人很少在这一行. 有时觉得不如做回TECHNICAL 算了.

count me in, 5 years ba in canada, some PM experience, got pmpactually not quite interested in pm role, stressful, lot of responsibilities.
i enjoyed ba job so far, analytical, lots of exposure to the business.
anyway, doesn't hurt to get your feet wet in pm role
both have its own pros and cons

Are you sure "一两年经验的BA 年薪一般能达到五万元，高级BA 和 Consultant 能拿到7到9万元不等"? Don't mislead the crowd here. There are very few FT Sr. BA.s making 80k+. Jr. BAs hardly make 40k/y.

hi there, good point, I should have specified a range instead of an absolute number,and again, the salary depends on lots of factors, education, experience etc.
for 80-90k range, it is definitely for business systems consultant with a lot of industry and 6-8 years + experience.

That's more close to reality. I have seen Sr. BAs making $100/h. They are really Sr. not only # of yrs experiences but also level of expertise.

有点意思! 此"北美老牛"非彼"北美老牛"! 在此活跃的shorthorn(北美老牛)并不是写文章和做讲座的"北美老牛". 不少朋友将两者混淆,特此澄清!本人是写文章和做讲座的"北美老牛", 只因太忙, 很少来此. 有朋友问哪儿找老牛写的文章, 其实只要在GOOGLE上SEARCH"北美老牛", 应该能找到老牛的大多数文章. 在此也谢谢那些去给老牛讲座的朋友.
