if your sponse has RRP, you can get it too. the reason is to accompany sponse in other country. My husband got RRP, so I got too for accompanying with him.

我准备现在回去，不办返加证，死等6月份新法出台，到时应该有追溯性，他们不会因为我新法之前回国不让我入关。

I think the good way is leaving here after Decmber, so you can match the not more than 183 when the new law effective.After the new immigrantion las effective, you don't need to come back frequently. But I am not sure if it is right guess.
