They will start to charg from the activation date. I guess you encountered the problem with the CD installation program. Try to find the file ntssetup.exe to install the access manager.

安装WIN98英文版就没有问题了，可是打电话去SYMPATICO却有了问题，我之前申请的是拨号上网，对方有一个月免费，后来速度太慢，就申请了高速上网，申请的时候说是19。95，现在问的结果却是24。95
