语言的目的在于交流. 别人能看懂, 就达到了目的. 特别是在很自由的论坛上. 当然对于严格的公文, 我们需要严格的语法. 但是毕竟不是我们每个人都要从事那些工作. 也不需要在论坛上那么严格.

1） 请不要随便用缩写来造句的, e.g. "Attn," 2) 在同一句话里，请注意tense的前后符合， e.g. " ... who liked to..." vs. "...make sure you did write ... " 3） "actually" 不是连接词，注意"not only", "but also" 语句的用法，谢谢。

例句应该是，"I am not just a student, but also a teacher", 他前后俩个都是完整句, "actually" 不能做为连接词. 所以我也就把它归纳成是1个错误,而不是2个.

我觉得"not only...but also"不足以表达LZ的语气, 所以我把它们分开为两个完整句. ". Aactually". 当然, 我这样改也不完美, 因为"just"感觉不是那么好, 可能LZ想用only.

两个完整句是没问题，只要前面那句是用“句号”收尾。 "... ， actually，..." 这种用法就不对，除非前面的不是完整句。

Ok, here is my defence. Hope you guys do know english: I use "did" to show them did not write very well in the past, the past tense can be used after present tense, but we can not do it the other way.

"so called" is right, of course. You can use So-called, but because "so called" has been used for many years, the middle DASH can be omitted.

You may say they didn't write English well in the past. However, "make sure do ..." is not for past, but a suggestion for future.

make sure 是祁使句, 后面应该是一般现在时. 与前面like应该关系不大. 而且人喜欢写英语, 只要人还活着, 还是用一般现在时 like好点.
