对不起，问题早先没说清楚。我说的是服务器的邮件queue里的待发邮件，如何看其header？
用management GUI中的“Details...”能看到所有header的内容吗？不好意思，我虽然比较懂smtp mail protocols，但是微软盲（而且微软常常不照标准rfc办事）。谢谢！

用notepad 打开邮件，就可以看header了

或者将邮件的扩展名改成shtml, 既可以看见header， 又可以看见encoding 后的body

Outlook Express - Mail Properties.... Even Outlook is ok to put in the same box, since you said it's Exchange 5.5

Sorry, I am not talking about accessing mail using a Client; I am talking about accessing from Server itself (because the emails are nondeliverable ones sitting in the Server queue, not in any user's mailboxes). Thx anyways!

you just want to open and read the message header of those messages stuck in the queue folder, right? install a mail client (i.e.Outlook) on that server, use Outlook to open the message and check header.
