第二、停止新的信托转型，根本不必对现有信托采用这样杀鸡取卵的方式，可以简单先停止现有公司转型就行了。
第三，现有公司的实际税率本来就不高，Flaherty 自己都承认只有6.9%.
第四，新税法实际上让很多适合按照信托方式经营的公司无法继续经营下去，要关门裁员。
还有很多，不必一一列举了，你所说的保护国家利益和大部分正在工作的民众的利益，不是没有根据，就是完全的谎言！
