same thing happened to me before. I paid the bill, but called them and cancelled the services immediately. Be careful, lot of tricks here in Canada.

打电话给Bell的客户服务，告诉他们你没申请这些就行了。如果他们说记录写着你申请了，你就告诉他们一定是服务人员计错了。放心，Bell是大公司，不会赖你钱。不过，他们也不会轻易让你满意。口舌还是要费的。
