一般APT都是包水电的。（有些有空调的APT不包电）至于租金多少，先问你自己打算花多少钱。

I have no idea about water. Hydro is around 25 per month. Residential hydro is billed every two month.

APT通常包电暖, 每月$25差不多. 如果你的电暖是自己付, 夏天$25, 冬天$50左右.
