Not very good in my experience. IE 7 sucks. I even got a blue screen crash. I am using authentic Vista Home premium.

I am using Home premium too............need to find find new drivers for my webcam and radioshark...I may have to wait if the drivers are not developed yet. :-(

I think you have to use a core 2 duo processor system with at least 1G of memory for Vista. What kind of processor are you using ?

Pentium D 820 is the earliest Intel dual processors, the D900's and E6000's are faster ones. Anyways, $500 is ok, not too expensive, but few people buy D 820 now, they all buy E6300 and up.

Nero 7, WinRAR, WinZIP, 一堆游戏，其实60%的软件有问题，特别是和驱动有关的，100%的XP笔记本的电源管理不能用，当然Vista说自己的电源管理已经很强了

sigh ! I've heard there is so much application compatibility issues with Vista, and I.E. 7 sucks, I think I will wait til later before I buy a new PC and use Vista.
